Essential lemon oil (Citrus limon) is obtained by cold pressing the peels of sun-ripened lemons. This pure oil is the epitome of freshness and clarity – an aromatherapy classic with a variety of skin-care properties.

Production & quality:
Cold process Our lemon soap is handmade using the traditional cold process. This gentle method ensures that all valuable ingredients, vitamins, antioxidants, and natural glycerin are fully preserved. The low processing temperatures (below 40°C) protect the delicate essential lemon oil and maintain its fresh, clear fragrance profile.
After saponification, each soap is matured by hand for at least 4-6 weeks to develop a skin-friendly pH value and optimal care properties. During this curing time, the soap hardens and becomes particularly mild.
Generous superfat: 9% With a superfat content of 9%, this soap is one of our particularly nourishing soaps. This means that 9% of the valuable plant oils and raw shea butter remain unsaponified and stay in the soap as replenishing care agents. This generous superfat provides:
- Extra care and suppleness
- Protection against dehydration
- Silky, soft skin feel after washing
- Strengthening of the natural skin barrier
- Ideal even for sensitive and dry skin

Interesting facts about lemon:
The lemon (Citrus limon) originally comes from Asia and is now mainly grown in the Mediterranean region. About 3,000 lemons are needed for 1 kg of essential lemon oil – the oil is obtained by cold pressing the peels, preserving all valuable ingredients.
Lemon oil is rich in limonene, a monoterpene known for its cleansing and clarifying properties. It supports natural skin cleansing and gives the soap its refreshing effect.
